On 1st August 2013, Mr. Song Xibin, the Mayor of Harbin, accompanied by various department heads such as the head of Haerbin Development & Reform Commission, Head of Harbin Sicence & Technology Bureau and the Administrative Commission of Harbin Hi-Tech Industy Development Zone, visited HNEP's Head Office located in Harbin Technology Innovation Zone. Mr. Zhan Shufeng, CEO of HNEP reported HNEP's achievement. Being appointed as the Project Director, HNEP has undertaken the research for the "Naitonal Project".
