Harbin North Environmental Protection Engineering Co., Ltd. (HNEP) is founded in 1999, as a main contractor of environmental engineering projects, providing professional and reliable solutions to environmental protection industry. We have spanned to establish our subsidiaries in Tianjin and Jilin. Since the beginning of HNEP’s establishment, we have always kept our motto “technology saves the environment”, working closely with renowned universities and research institutes. Our own invention patents-“Covered Anaerobic Lagoon” and “Electro-osmosis Sludge Modification & Dehydration”-have been successfully implemented in real projects. Hence HNEP has established a chain of industrializing technological achievements, representing a unity of research, experimentation, exploration, design and manufacture.
HNEP has been recognized by the appropriate Chinese Government Departments and Organizations as “China’s National High-Tech Enterprise”, “China Environmental Protection Industry Essential Enterprise”, and “The Integrity Demonstration Unit of Heilongjiang Province”; received “Enterprise Credit Evaluation AA Level Award” in 2013; HNEP’s R&D achievement-Covered Anaerobic Lagoon BSCAL-5000 Treatment Facility for highly concentrated organic waste water in northern region-has received “the Certificate of China Key New Product”; Joint established “Heilongjiang Provincial Key Laboratory for Water Tertiary Treatment and Reclamation” with Harbin Institute of Technology in 2003; founded R&D center in Tianjing in 2011, which is awarded the only “China Environmental Protection Key Laboratory for Odor & Pollution Control Engineering Application Center” in China, and independently developed “High Energy Photon Odor Control” technology.
Given the lagging situation of sludge treatment in China, HNEP has always been committed to research and develop technologies for sludge centralized treatment and non-hazardous disposal. In 2012, HNEP has undertaken a project of 863 Program arranged by the State Ministry of Science and Technology’s. In 2013, assigned by Municipal Government, HNEP established Harbin Engineering Technology Research Center for Organic Waste Treatment and Disposal; in 2014, assigned by Provincial Government, HNEP established Heilongjiang Provincial Engineering Technology Research Center for Sludge Treatment, Non-Hazardous Disposal and Reclamation.
HNEP has a Grade A Design License for Environmental Engineering Design for Water Pollution Prevention & Control; a Grade B License for Operation of Environmental Prevention & Control Facilities for Household Waste Water; a Grade A License for Operation of Environmental Prevention & Control Facilities for Industrial Waste Water; a Grade II Construction License for General Contractor of Municipal Public Utilities Construction Projects; a Grade II Construction License for Contractor for Professional Environmental Protection Project; a Level Five License Permitting the Installation Of Electrical Power Facility; and also obtains ISO9001 Certificate for Quality Management and China Compulsory Certification for Product Manufacturing. HNEP provides services including engineering design, construction, equipment manufacture, procurement, commissioning, operation, maintenance, consultancy and training for environmental pollution control infrastructures owners.
